I needed to sell a rental I own, and my firm doesn't allow us to sell our own properties, for liability reasons. (A wise policy in my opinion.)I chose Julie after recent transaction experience with her where I was VERY impressed. I've had around 1,000 transactions myself with all kinds of agents, good and bad. She is easily among the very best and that's why I chose her. The property sold quickly, as-is, and for a very acceptable price. All this was despite brand new, draconian, rent control rules. I couldn't be happier with her work and with the outcome. I feel very fortunate to have had her help.

I cannot say enough about Julie McCoy to convey how incredible she is. She was our realtor on the sale of my elderly mom's home and in purchasing a new, smaller home with no stairs. It absolutely wouldn't have happened without a realtor like her who puts her all into her clients. From start to finish (and after!!!) she has been extremely attentive, patient and has gone above and beyond in helping with every detail. She worked hard to help us get the home ready (after 25 years living there), helping to coordinate workers, and working with me to convince my mom that certain things were needed (and they absolutely were and made a huge difference in the sale) and literally doing manual labor herself to help. I was working from an hour+ away so could not be there all the time and Julie went to help my mom with every little detail. She helped with absolutely everything, even hauling an old dryer up a flight of stairs when we urgently needed to get rid of it before the close of the house. And once my mom was in her new place, she and her husband came and hauled away extra furniture that my mom realized she did not need. She worked hard to find the rare place that worked for my mom without stairs in the Rossmoor community. She is incredibly communicative and very, very patient, taking multiple texts and calls from me and my mom literally daily throughout the process. I am so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone selling or buying. I couldn't imagine anyone better.

Working with Julie to sell our townhouse was fantastic! We interviewed many realtors and Julie stood out thanks to her local knowledge, experience, preparedness for our meeting, and excellent communication skills. Because life happens, we had to change our listing date a few times and each time she was understanding and encouraging. Julie and her team made the process of selling our home seamless and so much less stressful than I expected it to be! She gave us incredibly valuable advise regarding timing, what to prioritize as we prepared, etc. She made herself available to answer all question, big and small. But where Julie really exceeded our expectations was in the negotiation phase. We never dreamed we would get the sale price that she was able to negotiate for us!! Overall she was amazing!
